Our Approach
Gas Strategies works with you, the client, to deliver solutions and advice fit for the specific purpose. We do not turn out pre-conceived answers. Our aim is to maximise the transfer of insight and perspective from our highly experienced consultants to our clients.
How We Deliver
Gas Strategies does the bulk of its work in customised assignments for clients with a great deal of repeat business and word of mouth referrals. We also offer subscription services through GasStratgeisOnline, (see next section below).
Study Reports and Presentations
- We produce succinct, well argued and well supported reports enabling our clients to quickly digest information, opinion and analysis
- We provide supporting detail in appendices and supplementary data sheets
- We back these up with interactive presentations which highlight key conclusions and stimulate debate
Facilitated Workshops and Strategy Challenge Sessions- We have a great deal experience and a diversity of approaches to facilitating interactive workshops designed to deliver solutions and ownership of ideas, understanding of issues, strategy and business plan development
- We aim to maximise knowledge transfer through workshops, offering a blend of lectures, case studies, interactive work and question, answer and challenge sessions
- We aim to deliver insights through external challenge and a “fresh pair of eyes” to a client’s strategy thinking
Data Support and Models

On Site Support- Gas Strategies provides experienced professionals to join client teams for short periods to assist client teams to meet their objectives
